Dr. Woodie Flowers (1943-2019) was an amazing champion of the FIRST mission, a friend to everyone he met and an inspiration to all. Woodie shared so much with the FIRST community during his life, including coining Gracious Professionalism^® and nurturing its meaning in his every action. Today, October 12, we invite the FIRST community to celebrate and honor his life by participating in Walk Like Woodie Day.
