Celebrate CTE Month

February is Career and Technical Education Month! Take this time to talk to students about all the skills they are learning and the future education, employment, and enlistment opportunities that are available to them using the Learning Pathways and Career Exploration and Starting with Workforce Skills curriculum modules.

Classroom to Career Resources

CTE empowers students and adults by providing them with the academic and technical knowledge, skills, and abilities to be equipped for the workforce and beyond. FIRST recently launched new Classroom to Career resources to help students bridge the gap from curiosity to career confidence.

Career Exploration Kahoot!

FIRST provides students with experiences to explore opportunities for their future. Whether students seek further education, enter the workforce, or choose to give back through enlistment in the armed services or another service program like AmeriCorps, the skills acquired through FIRST will prepare them for what’s next.

Host Your Own Camp

 Are you looking to host a fundraising this spring or summer or use your FIRST Tech Challenge materials to continue impacting students in your community? Get ready to run your very own camp! Campers will complete activities using their critical thinking, teamwork, and programming skills. This FIRST Camp Guide gives you everything you need to run a week-long STEM camp.
