Class Pack Awards

FIRST LEGO League Class Pack awards are now available for purchase through Sports Awards for registered Class Pack customers.

Options for purchase include ribbons, trophies, pencils, lanyards, and buttons. Customers must provide their Class Pack Account Number (found in the FIRST Dashboard) to complete their purchase.

These awards are a great way to recognize students’ achievements at culminating Class Pack celebrations.

Women's History Month

March is Women's History Month. There have been thousands of remarkable women throughout history and many made incredible impacts on the STEM community. Learn a little trivia with our Women in STEM Kahoot! 

FIRST^® Certified Professional Development 

Sign up for one of our upcoming professional development sessions and grow your knowledge and skills by practicing student elements of the FIRST LEGO League program. 

Register for a session or view the full schedule for upcoming dates listed through August 2024. There are in-person and remote options available.

FIRST^® LEGO^® League Discover Class Pack

Social Emotional Learning with Six Bricks

Whether in the classroom or their future careers, social and emotional skills are vital for every learner. Using guiding questions, try this Mood Indicator Activity with your students. 

1) Each student needed a set of LEGO^® DUPLO^® bricks.

2) Ask each student to take a moment to reflect on how they are feeling.

3) Ask students to choose the brick that best describes how they are feeling and hold it up.

4) Let each student share what they are feeling and why they chose that brick.

Ask your students:

🤔 Describe what they are feeling in detail.

🤔 How does seeing others' moods make you feel?

🤔 Why is it important to share your feelings?

FIRST^® LEGO^® League Explore Class Pack

Social Emotional Learning with LEGO^® Minifigures

Ask each student to look at the LEGO^® Minifigures in the FIRST LEGO League Explore Class Pack and select one they would like to make their new friend.

Ask the students to think about the qualities, character traits, and interests they think their new friend might have and why. Then ask them to share their writing with their classmates.

Team Building Activity

Whether in the classroom or in their future careers, working as part of a team is a very important skill. FIRST emphasizes using Core Values in everything we do, one of which is teamwork.

Challenge your students to complete some of these team building activities to improve their communication and problem solving skills!
