On January 6, FIRST^® revealed the one-of-a-kind art-inspired FIRST^® Robotics Competition season with the long-awaited debut of CRESCENDO^SM presented by Haas. Celebrated by thousands of FIRST community members, the Kickoff broadcast featured messages from FIRST faves, and exclusive field tours. 

In CRESCENDO, teams all around the world will celebrate the roles our STEM skills play in the arts and design and students will build a world of endless possibilities.

The 2023 FIRST Annual Impact Report, Energizing the Future, looks back at our 2022-2023 fiscal year and FIRST season, FIRST^® ENERGIZE^SM presented by Qualcomm. Our 668,000+ youth robotics participants embraced problem-solving and innovation in energy-themed challenges, gaining the community, skills, and self-confidence to power up to their full potential. The FIRST community electrified that impact, bringing together mentors, educators, event volunteers, sponsors, donors, families, and alumni to charge up our robotics programs.

Zeki, a member of the 2023 Inspire the Future: FIRST Educators Recognition Program cohort, is a LEGO^® Education Academy Certified Trainer at Teknokta Eğitim Danışmanlık in Türkiye. As a Certified Trainer, he conducts trainings for teachers on how to use LEGO Education products and how to develop content. He also volunteers for FIRST in many capacities throughout Türkiye and is a part-time STEAM teacher.
