Extended FIRSTยฎ Customer Support Hours
Beginning September 2 through October 30, FIRST Support will offer extended customer support until 8:00 p.m. ET on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Support will be available via phone, chat, web forms, and email.
FIRST Dashboard Login
Due to unforeseen technical difficulties, the updated FIRST Dashboard login experience scheduled for August 26 has been reverted back to the previous system.
๐ If you updated your password yesterday, August 27, the new password will work and there is no need to reset it again.
๐ If you did not reset your password, your existing credentials will continue to work and no change is needed.
๐ If you attempted to reset your password but the link has expired, please try resetting your password again.
Due to high traffic, the reset email may take longer than usual to arrive. Do not reset your password again before receiving the link in your email, as each new request will invalidate any previous reset links.
All users should be able to access the FIRST Dashboard today. We appreciate your patience, and we apologize for the disruption.
