Team orders through the Storefront (Teams in North America)
Pitsco has been experiencing exceptionally high call volumes, with most questions about shipping times and confirmations.  

Here is the most current status on orders placed through our Pitsco storefront: 

👉 Teams will receive an email confirmation once their order is placed. Pitsco will ship the order as soon as possible.
👉 Shipping notifications are sent as soon as tracking information becomes available.
👉 Driver kits began to ship on Tuesday, September 30 and Wednesday, October 1.
👉 In-stock items (excluding game sets, perimeter kits, and foam tiles) typically ship within 48 hours.
👉 For orders that include both a driver kit and a game set, please know that AndyMark does not receive the game set order until the driver hub ships.
👉 Game sets, perimeter kits, and foam tiles ship directly from AndyMark and may take 7 to 15 business days to ship after the order confirmation. Those orders are transmitted daily, Monday through Friday. Game sets, perimeter kits, and foam tiles are not available through the storefront for teams in Canada.

Coaches and mentors in the United States and Canada with completed FIRST Youth Protection Screenings can take advantage of Express Enrollment, which provides a simplified experience on mobile and desktop to register and accept youth to FIRST teams.
