FIRST® Dashboard Login: Due to unforeseen technical difficulties, the updated FIRST Dashboard login experience scheduled for August 26 has been reverted back to the previous system.
🔧If you updated your password yesterday, August 27, the new password will work and there is no need to reset it again.
🔧If you did not reset your password, your existing credentials will continue to work and no change is needed.
🔧If you attempted to reset your password but the link has expired, please try resetting your password again.
Due to high traffic, the reset email may take longer than usual to arrive. Do not reset your password again before receiving the link in your email, as each new request will invalidate any previous reset links.
All users should be able to access the FIRST Dashboard today. We appreciate your patience, and we apologize for the disruption.
Reminder! Youth Protection Screening Renewal: A current Youth Protection Screening is required for U.S. and Canada-based Lead Coaches to access the team’s roster, opt out of the Drive Base & Black Tote (veteran teams), and for other important tasks throughout the season. Screenings expire every four (4) years, and you can check your screening status in the FIRST Dashboard. If your screening is expired, order your renewal screening now! For assistance, please contact FIRST Support.
Effective starting this 2025-2026 season, additional Youth Protection Screening steps are now required for FIRST volunteers in Pennsylvania and California, as required by each state. If you are planning to volunteer in these states, it is important to know about these specific requirements to ensure compliance and contribute to a safe environment for FIRST youth participants.
Extended Hours: Beginning September 2 through October 30, FIRST Support will offer extended customer support until 8:00 p.m. ET on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Support will be available via phone, chat, web forms, and email.
Holiday Hours: FIRST will be closing at 3:00 p.m. ET on Friday, August 29, and remain closed Monday, September 1, in recognition of the U.S. Labor Day holiday. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 2, at 8:30 a.m. ET.
