Program Updates, Deadlines, & Reminders

2025 Kit of Parts Survey: We want to hear from you! The 2025 Kit of Parts survey is now available. The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete. We ask that no more than one student and one mentor from each team fill it out. You must be at least 13 years old to enter a response, and it closes on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. ET. 

Upcoming FIRST Dashboard Maintenance: From May 5-13 the FIRST Dashboard will be down for scheduled maintenance. During this period, you will not be able to access the FIRST Dashboard including your team roster, youth registration, and FIRST^® Robotics Competition resources in Thinkscape through the Dashboard.  

IMPORTANT: Access to team resources and FIRST^® DIVE^SM presented by Qualcomm materials in Thinkscape will end June 30. 

FIRST AGE presented by Qualcomm: We’re prepping our gear for an adventurous 2025-2026 robotics season. 

Get ready for REBUILT™ presented by Haas, part of the 2025-2026 FIRST AGE presented by Qualcomm season, and use your engineering skills to re-imagine the past. Registration opens May 14.

As we wrap the 2025 FIRST^® Championship presented by BAE Systems—we are reflecting with gratitude on the incredible community that makes it all possible. Thank YOU for the time, energy, and heart you gave this season as a mentor. Your support helped students build not only robots, but also confidence, skills, and a vision for a better tomorrow. 

Your impact is already extraordinary—but did you know it could be doubled? Many companies offer matching gift programs that match donations or volunteer hours with additional contributions. 

Take a moment to check with your employer and see if your time or donations to FIRST could be matched. 

*Matching gifts intended to support a region or team should be designated to the local program delivery partner/ team/ school/ associated organization directly. Funds directed to FIRST support the quality programs you know and love and help keep the costs down for all participants.
