RTE Deadline Approaching/FIRST Choice Round 1/New Regional in California for 2019/Event Housing/VR Project Update

FIRST® Headquarters will be closing on Wednesday, November 21 at 3:00 P.M. ET in recognition of the Thanksgiving U.S. Holiday. Regular business hours will resume on Monday, November 26 at 8:30 A.M. ET.
Deadline Approaching! Robot Transport Exemption Applications must be submitted by Monday, November 26, 2018 by 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time. The Robot Transportation Exemption program allows teams to request assistance in shipping their robots to Regional events (if transporting their robot to the event themselves would be a hardship). For information on the criteria, along with how to apply for a Robot Transportation Exemption, visit the Robot Transportation page.
2019 FIRST Choice Round 1: Starting tomorrow November 21 at 12:00 P.M. (noon) ET, the Lead Coach/Mentor 1 or 2 from eligible teams may peruse FIRST® Choice, populate Priority Lists, and prioritize items for Round 1. More information is available on the Kit of Parts page.
New Regional Being Added in California for 2019: Due to the high demand for additional plays in California, we are adding a second Regional Event in the San Diego, CA area, the Del Mar Regional, for the 2019 season.
