Make Waves in the Upcoming SUBMERGED^SM Season

During the 2024-2025 ocean-inspired robotics season FIRST^® DIVE^SM presented by Qualcomm, students will use their STEM skills and creativity together to innovate for a better world with healthy oceans. Launching August 6, 2024, the FIRST LEGO League SUBMERGED season will challenge teams to explore the layers of the ocean and “sea” into the future!

Join us as we explore the future together! Season registration is now open in the FIRST Dashboard.

Registration Reminders:

Returning Teams: To complete your team’s registration, you must unlock the shopping cart by updating or confirming the team’s profile information. From the FIRST Dashboard, click the “My Teams” tab and select your team. Under the “Team Options” column, click the blue “Team Information” button, and select “Team Profile.” Once you’ve updated or confirmed your team’s information, click the blue “Save” button. You may now add items to your shopping cart by clicking the blue “Payment & Product” button and selecting “Order Products”.

New Teams: Register your new FIRST account. Once registered, you can complete your user profile, accept the FIRST policies, and create your team in the FIRST dashboard.

Does your team have grant funding? You must wait for the approved grant to appear as a credit on your dashboard and then the credit may be applied during the checkout process. Do not pay for team registration or materials before receiving your grant funds, as you will not be reimbursed by FIRST.

Canada Teams: Once you have registered your team, you may secure your kits through Spectrum. For any inquiries, email first@spectrumed.com with your team number, or contact Suzanne Martini by dialing 905-954-4912, or 1-800-668-0600 ext. 4912.

Shipping Information: Shipments of non-season specific items will be shipped immediately. Season-specific materials will begin shipping later this summer. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive your shipment when it arrives. If your order is returned to the vendor or you are missing a shipment, please contact fllchallenge@firstinspires.org. Please include your team number in any shipment tracking requests.

Make Every Hour Count: Log Your Volunteer Time for Corporate Matching Gifts!

The FIRST^® in SHOW^SM season may be over, but there’s still time to double or triple your impact. Your employer may have a matching gift program. As a charity focused on youth education, FIRST may be eligible to receive funding from your employer because of your support through volunteer hours and/or your financial gifts. Check with your employer and log your support today!

Sign up for one of our upcoming professional development sessions and grow your knowledge and skills by practicing student elements of the FIRST LEGO League program. Sessions are available for FIRST^® LEGO^® League Discover, Explore, and Challenge. Register for a session or view the full schedule for upcoming dates listed through October 2024.
