WHAT'S NEW

Dig into the upcoming UNEARTHED™ Season: During the 2025-2026 archaeology-inspired robotics season FIRST^® AGE™ presented by Qualcomm, students will use their STEM skills and creativity to discover the past and uncover the future together. Launching August 5, 2025, the FIRST^® LEGO^® League UNEARTHED season will be an experience for the ages. Watch the 2025-2026 Season Reveal video. 

Join us as we explore the future together! Season registration is now open in the FIRST^® Dashboard. 

Registration Reminders: 

🔎 Returning Teams: To complete your team’s registration, you must unlock the shopping cart by updating or confirming your team’s profile information. From the FIRST Dashboard, click the “My Teams” tab and select your team. Under the “Team Options” column, click the blue “Team Information” button, and select “Team Profile.” Once you’ve updated or confirmed your team’s information, click the blue “Save” button. You may now add items to your shopping cart by clicking the blue “Payment & Product” button and selecting “Order Products”.   

🔎 New Teams: Register your new FIRST account. Once registered, you can complete your user profile, accept the FIRST policies, and create your team in the FIRST dashboard. 

🔎 Does your team have grant funding? You must wait for the approved grant to appear as a credit on your dashboard and then the credit may be applied during the checkout process. Do not pay for team registration or materials before receiving your grant funds, as you will not be reimbursed by FIRST. 

🔎 Shipping Information: Shipments of non-season specific items will be shipped immediately. Season-specific materials will begin shipping later this summer. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive your shipment when it arrives. If your order is returned to the vendor or you are missing a shipment, please contact customerservice@firstinspires.org. Please include your team number in any shipment tracking requests. 

🔎 Refund Policy: The FIRST Refund Policy states: “Program registration and product purchase(s) are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this process regardless of reason.” If you’re not sure you are selecting the correct registration or materials, please dial 1-800-871-8326 to speak with a representative. Our Customer Service Team is available to speak with you from 8:30 a.m. ET – 5:00 p.m. ET.
