Schedule

A snapshot of the schedule can be found below. Additional details and activities will be shared at a later date. Teams are expected to arrive and set up on Thursday, April 20, beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Number of Team Members

Teams may only have up to 6 student members. Up to 2 adult coaches and 1 translator can be with the team in team-only areas.

Team Experience
Have FUN! We want all teams to have a fun and exciting experience. Some teams wear t-shirts, hats, or matching costumes. Some teams also choose to decorate their pit space to match the season theme or to represent their hometowns!

Team Pits

Your team will be assigned one table 6’ x 2.5’ (183 cm x 76 cm) with a small area in front of your table. This will be your team’s space at World Festival. There will not be a structure behind your table to hang banners. Please plan to hang banners in front of your table.

You may decorate it in a way to showcase your country, your state, your project, and your unique and fun team identity. We encourage you to be creative, but please consider the following limitations and restrictions:

🤖 For safety reasons, your decorations must remain within this space.
🤖 Power will not be provided at your team’s pit space. Charging stations will be available and assigned to your team during the event. We strongly encourage teams charge all electronics prior to arrival and bring all electronics with them at the end of each day.

Important Reminders:
