With the recently announced updates to FIRST^® Championship judging processes, we wanted to remind you of a key deadline on Monday, April 6, 2026.

For the 2026 FIRST Championship presented by BAE Systems, teams will be required to submit their portfolio digitally ahead of the event.

The portfolio is your team’s story in a snapshot. It is the judges' window into your season's journey, your design iterations, and your community outreach.

To ensure the judging process runs smoothly and fairly for everyone, we are strictly utilizing digital submissions for review.

Important Details

💼 The submission portal closes Monday, April 6, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

💼 No late submissions will be accepted. Submit early to allow time for troubleshooting.

💼 Physical copies will not be accepted at the event. Judges will only review files submitted in the digital portal.

Tips for a Successful Submission

⛏️ Check your formatting: Ensure your document meets all the specific page limits and formatting rules outlined in Section 6: Awards and Section 15: FIRST Championship in the Competition Manual.

⛏️ Review the file: Before you hit submit, open your final PDF to make sure all images rendered correctly and no text was cut off during the export.

⛏️ Submit early: Don't wait until 11:58 p.m. ET! Give your team a buffer so you can rest easy knowing your hard work is locked in.
