For 35 years, FIRST® programs have advanced PreK-12 science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education through thrilling hands-on youth robotics programs that build skills, confidence, and resilience.
FIRST programs are inclusive, flexible, and easy-to-implement for afterschool providers engaging students during their out-of-school time. With guided materials and a supportive community, anyone can implement our team-based robotics programs.
Through youth-serving organizations including Girl Scouts, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and 4-H, our programs have reached students and helped them develop a foundation of work and life skills that prepare them for the world of tomorrow.
About 2024-2025 FIRST® LEGO® League
FIRST® LEGO® League (ages 4-16*) is one of three FIRST programs that use age-appropriate activities and guided materials to develop students' self-confidence, STEM knowledge, and skills.
From introducing STEM concepts to the youngest learners to engaging students in the research of a real-world problem, FIRST LEGO League ignites natural curiosity and unlocks an innovative mindset.
