Class Pack Awards
FIRST® LEGO® League Class Pack awards are now available for purchase through Sports Awards for registered Class Pack customers. Options for purchase include ribbons, trophies, pencils, lanyards, and buttons. Customers must provide their Class Pack Account Number (found in the FIRST Dashboard) to complete their purchase. These awards are a great way to recognize students’ achievements at culminating Class Pack celebrations.
What can be greater than celebrating your students' hard work? Doing it through a culminating event! FIRST Education has developed guides to walk you through how to host your very own celebration and allow the students to show off their hard work.
Nominations are Open for the Inspire the Future Recognition Program
At FIRST, recognition is not only part of our name, it's core to our ethos. In this spirit, we are proud to launch our third year of the Inspire the Future: FIRST Educators Recognition Program. NEW this year, you may nominate outstanding schools as part of the first annual Inspire the Future: FIRST School Recognition Program.
Help us celebrate the FIRST educators and schools who inspire their learning communities and advance the mission of FIRST by submitting a nomination.
FIRST Education has created free FIRST program training resources for coaches, mentors, and teachers. These training courses are located within the FIRST Dashboard under the Thinkscape Learning Management System.
FIRST will be hosting several remote Professional Development sessions that resume in January 2024 for FIRST LEGO League Discover, Explore, Challenge, and FIRST Tech Challenge. These professional development opportunities are great for new coaches and teachers.
New this season, family engagement activities are available for every FIRST LEGO League Discover session! Available on the Season Resources page, the activities are intended as fun, at-home activities for your students and their families to complete together. You can print out the activity page and send it home before or after each session – or share them in the way that works best for you and your families.
FIRST® LEGO® League Explore Class Pack
Are You Using the LEGO® Education WeDo 2.0?
We understand that some of our Class Pack implementations might still be utilizing the LEGO® Education WeDo 2.0 technology while running MASTERPIECESM this season. The best thing about our community is how helpful and supportive they can be! Members of the FIRST community have developed some unofficial alternative build instructions.
FIRST LEGO League or FIRST Tech Challenge Class Pack 2023-2024 purchasers based in the United States can apply for a Class Pack grant to cover some of the cost of a corresponding 2023-2024 first-year individual team registration.
